EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a highly effective model of therapy that enables healing from the distressing symptoms that are the result of disturbing / traumatic life experiences.
This therapy is as effective at processing ‘big T’ traumas such as childhood sexual abuse, as it is for ‘smaller t’ traumas such as a fear of spiders or flying.
