Often a crisis can be an opportunity to work through issues and seek resolution

For many, the current period of imposed isolation may be challenging and uncomfortable, bringing up feelings such as: isolation, fear, anxiety, panic, overwhelm or depression. Perhaps during this time underlying, longstanding issues are more apparent; louder than they are normally.

Family and relationship problems may be especially difficult as issues may be brought to the forefront as a result of living in such close quarters. Whatever anxieties or problems you may be experiencing, whether that is as an individual or couple, we can work through them together via remote / online sessions; this crisis could be an opportunity to address and work through issues and seek resolution.

In line with the government’s social distancing requirements for COVID-19, I am now offering remote sessions, so please do get in touch if you would like to book an assessment session.
